So blessed!!!

I know it is past mothers day, but I just wanted to say how blessed I am to have such a wonderful mom. She is truely amazing!
Mom I love you so much and look up to you in everyway!
I love our American Idol nights together, swooning over Kris (everyone better vote for him, or my mom and I will hunt you down!), laughing together, teaching swimming together, being together.....
I am so lucky to be your baby and best friend!

I am so lucky that I only had to live three years without you!!

Here are just some of the reasons why she is so awesome:

She read out loud to me the whole Harry Potter series (with voices)

She plays the piano amazingly and lets me sit next to her and sing my heart out and pretend to play.

I can call or text her at any time for random info such as movie quotes

I always have somebody to match with :)

She is beautiful

She makes me laugh and I can talk to her for hours

She speaks French and is going to teach me some key phrases, so we can rock Paris this summer

She makes driving such an experience
(talking on phone, driving, picture, posing....probably why my eyes are so big, hahaha whoops)
She can make some bomb faces
(she maybe could be a face contortionist, i can prove it but we vowed to never show that picture!)
She is super smart

I spent this Spring break with up north with my family!
The whole way up north these are my thoughts, "Why the heck am I going to attempt to snowboard again?" You see, my first experience wasn't so great. It took me most of the day to get down the mountain one time, and after a headache, sore butt, getting the wind knocked out of me, a few tears and then taking off my snowboard and walking the rest of the way down, I vowed I would never be back. "why the heck am I trying this again?: And as you can see the beginnings of this trip weren't shaping up to be any better. Sorry Emme and Sutton, thanks for being my speed bumps!

But after some snowboarding school with my awesome classmates, I started to get the hang of it!

Back to School!

Nursing girls- Alexa, Anna, Lindsay and Me

We call ourselves Addy's girls cause it is us four girls and our buddy Adam who are always together and Adam's nickname that we gave him 1st semester is Addy.

So I think just a couple of posts ago I was celebrating finally passing my finals. Now I am thinking what the heck, I am already back to studying day and night. Yep, school has officially resumed, the first week I was still in holiday mode and not too into sitting and listening to lecture for hours on end. But the school mode finally kicked in this week or maybe it was the fact that they gave us two tests the second week of school. I am already up to my ears in 3by5 cards and my brain feels stuffed too full. I am hoping that this semester is a little lighter than last but im not sure that is looking too hopeful after the lectures that keep coming my way. And could someone please tell my teachers that if they plan on handing me five packets of powerpoints for one lecture and that they plan on standing up there and reading the packets as fast as they can to get through it all, That I can read and if you arent going to tell me anything that I can't read on your thousands of papers I would prefer to do it at home in my bed. Curse powerpoints. See you all in May!

Happy Birthday to ME!!!!

So my Birthday was Dec. 30th, a little late on the posting I know! I turned the big 23! I don't feel that old but oh well. I spent the day surrounded by my most favorite people in the whole world. My mom and sisters took me out for a wonderful breakfast at Paradise Bakery and for some reason we forgot to take pictures. Then I had a party at the park, complete with cupcakes, ice cream, princess hat, and the cutest kids ever! What else could a girl want??

Then my friends took me out for dinner and we had great time, let me tell you!

After each semester my nursing school friends and I take a trip to relax and celebrate that the semester is over!

So this past weekend we went up to pinetop for some snow fun!
