Where has the time gone??

I can't believe it is already October 14th! Happy Birthday Mallory and Navy!! I apologize to all of you avid Briley blog readers, I have been crazy busy with school and my camera seems to be MIA at the moment. The good news is that I am almost finished with school, just a few more weeks and I will be test free!! This semester is kicking my butt, no worries though I am fully prepared to kick some final trash!! I just wanted to say that I am still alive, and post something so Steph and Nan can stop getting freaked out everytime they see the fake arm. So goodbye again I am off to write a forever long care plan! See you all in November!

IV Anyone????

School has been crazy! Its so much info to absorb and not enough time! We learned how to start IVs last week aaaahhh. So we practice on a fake arm and then they put us in the hospital and say go ahead start an IV on the poor pregnant lady who is having contractions. Go ahead and stick her and see how she likes the added pain go ahead. haha ya right. Im nervous. So I would like to apologize to my first patient, I will do my best, no worries I got it on the fake arm around the 3rd try! :) So if you are thinking about having a baby this saturday and you see me come into your room, no worries I have done this before!!!!

School has been really crazy Ive never studied so much in my life and I still feel behind, probably cause I am blogging haha. oh well. Although it is hard, I am absolutely loving it, this past weekend I got to assist in the births of three babies! It was so amazing, I loved being a part of each family for a short time and help in making the experience wonderful. Its amazing the connection you can feel to a perfect stranger when they let you into their life and you are holding their hand helping them bring their child into this world.

My sister Nan is one of the most talented people I know and I have always looked up to her so much!

Ten Reasons why my sister is so freakin awesome!

1. She is so TALENTED in DECORATING, I am awaiting the day that her home is in magazines, I seriously don't know where her talent comes from!

2. She is the most GIVING person and would give you the shirt off her back, if being topless wasn't totally embarrassing!

3. She has an amazing ability to turn a piece of junk from a garage sale into a TIMELESS BEAUTIFUL piece. I love to go along and see what she is going to bring home!

4. She is a wonderful COOK, and to prove that she recently won a bake off !

5. She does HAIR, she is the reason I went to beauty school and she still continues to teach me all she knows. No one does hair like she does!

6. She loves nature and FLOWERS, her house had fresh flowers in every room when I went to visit her! I love when she calls and tells me how beautiful and big the flowers are getting

7. She loves to SCARE people and laughs so hard that she almost pees her pants, BUT she is the most easiest person in the world to scare and she hates it! haha

8. She is just so FUN to be with and is such a GREAT PERSON, I am going to call her INSPIRING cause every time I am with her I get inspired to try new things, or to look at something differently!

9. She makes JEWELRY, actually she can MAKE ANYTHING, it always amazes me the cool stuff she comes up with.

10. She is a GREAT SISTER, a WONDERFUL MOTHER and WIFE, she is BEAUTIFULand has the most beautiful skin and the cutest feet, (just some of the many things I envy about her!) and she is one of MY BEST FRIENDS!

Back to school, back to school!

Back to school, back to school to prove to my dad that I'm not a fool my lunch is packed, my boots tied tight, I hope I don't get in a fight!!

We had sunday dinner all together, for Savannah's last time with everyone!

She is off, back to yale and I start back to nursing school on tuesday ahh!

Pray for both of us! This is going to be a crazy semester for me, everyone I have talked to says that the second semester was by far the hardest! So I am a little worried, seeing how I didn't review at all this summer aaahhh!

We tried to get them to name him Bei Jghing Tuttle but that didn't go over very well!

Brook did so awesome with the whole delivery and didn't thaw at all ha ha!

I took some really cute pics of him but I just realized they are on Brooks camera. Not that he isn't adorable here but he had just got goop put in his eyes so he is all shiny! Brook post some of those pics I took when you guys got home or email so I can!

OH What do you do in the Summertime??

Oh what do we do in the summertime, when we are bored out of our minds and need to get out of the house?? Well if you are anything like us then you will be at Target walking aimlessly around hour upon hour, not buying anything we really need just enjoying the wonder that is Target!!
It always starts off with some awesome pizza and pretzels, I am sure the other people in the food area enjoyed the massive company of kiddos!

I am also posting this to ask for help for my sister Melissa. She has a bit of an addiction and I don't know how to break her of it. She has dreams about it and goes frequently to the store to see if this miraculous event has happened!

It had finally happened the day she had been dreaming about!

Target marked their items 75% off!! She was overjoyed and went a little crazy!!

This is the mystery guest that did not come with us to Target but we saw him there! He didn't want to be seen!

It was a great day at Target! Thanks to my mom and sisters my best friends who make anything we do fun! I could sit in a dumpster with them and still have the best time ever. Ok that would be gross but you get the message!
